ATLANTA — It was wet, muddy and slippery outdoors on the closing day of Atlanta's third annual Music Midtown Festival, but the bands rocked on. Rainy weather didn't dampen the mood of the crowd swarming into Piedmont Park in Atlanta's downtown Saturday to catch 14 acts on three different stages.
